INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR USE OF ROOMS.
Smoking is prohibited inside the room or in any closed space, doing so will result in a penalty.
Pets of any kind are not allowed .
It is prohibited to consume food and drinks inside the room; failure to comply will result in a financial penalty.
Meetings of up to 6 people per room are permitted as long as they are all hotel guests and as long as they maintain order and silence.
Damages caused to the room will be charged to the guest's account and must be paid in cash (beds, duvets, paintings, curtains, towels, sheets, vases, TV remote control, among others)
Check in 15:00 hrs. However, if your arrival is before this time and the room is free, you can use it from the moment of your arrival.
Check Out 12:00 hrs. The room must be handed over exclusively to the reception and to the corresponding staff; hand over the key and wait for the room to be checked; if the room is handed over after this time, a charge of $200.00 per hour will be made; if the check-in time exceeds 2 hours, the full rate for one night will be charged.
For security reasons , the hotel doors are closed at 11:00 pm. We kindly ask you to inform us if you are leaving and arriving later so that we can wait for you upon your return.
In case of cancellation Any service booked before or during your stay at the hotel will be charged a fee of 50% or up to 100% of the total cost of the service. This applies to services offered by the hotel and all other services offered by third-party companies and individuals, but which have been booked at the hotel. ( The percentage to be applied may vary depending on the time in advance with which the services have been cancelled or the expenses already generated by said services).
We are not responsible for the total or partial loss of your belongings that are forgotten or left inside or outside the room, such as laptops, tablets, cell phones, credit cards, watches, jewelry and other valuables that are left exposed.
If you forget any item in your room and it has been collected by our staff, we will contact you so that you can collect it within a period of no more than 30 days from the date of your Check Out. (After this time we are not responsible).
